Solihull Civic Honours 2026

The Civic Honours Awards are a way of recognising the local unsung heroes who go above and beyond to make Solihull a better place.

You could nominate:

  • someone who has made a difference in Solihull and deserves recognition
  • a person who has volunteered for years at a local club or group
  • an unsung hero who works tirelessly in your community

Before you start

You will need to provide:

  • your contact details
  • the contact details for the person or organisation you are nominating - it would be helpful if you could ask them if they are happy to share their information
  • why your nominee deserves recognition

Who is eligible

The person or organisation you are nominating must live, work or be based in Solihull.

It's important that you explain within your nomination how the nominee meets the eligibility criteria. Your nominee will not be considered if they do not meet the eligibility.

When will the winners be announced?

We will contact successful entrants in the new year.

The awards will take place on Tuesday 21 April 2026.

Awards will be presented by the Mayor of Solihull.

How are the civic honours funded?
