All Solihull libraries close on bank holidays.

Marston Green Library temporary closure

Due to essential floor works, Marston Green Library will be temporarily closed from Saturday 7 March until Monday 20 April 2026. 

While the library building is closed, a reduced service will operate every Thursday at:

The Free Baptist Church
Land Lane
Birmingham
B37 7DE

It will be open between:

• 10:00am and 1:00pm
• 2:00pm and 5:00pm

Temporary library closures

Knowle Library will be closed all day on Friday 13 March 2026 and will reopen at 10:00am on Saturday 14 March 2026.

• logging into your Library account with your library card and PIN
• calling us on 0121 704 6965
• visiting one of our other Libraries

We do not charge fines but do ask you to return your items for other residents to use.
