All Solihull libraries close on bank holidays.

Knowle Library - Temporary Closure

To allow for essential roof replacement works to take place, Knowle Library will be closed from Saturday 28 June 2025, and is expected to reopen during January 2026.

During this closure period, we will be offering a reduced library service at The Knowle British Legion:

On:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm
  • Saturday from 10:00am to 12:30pm

If your nearest Library is closed:

You can renew your items by:

  • logging into your Library account with your library card and PIN
  • calling us on 0121 704 6965; or
  • visiting one of our other Libraries

We do not charge fines any more but do ask you to return loans for other customers to use.
