Solihull Council wants to hear views on the draft neighbourhood plan that has been prepared by Hampton-in-Arden Parish Council.
The Plan covers a ten-year period from 2025. It sets out a vision for the future of the neighbourhood area, as well as policies covering employment, housing, transport, community facilities and the environment.
The draft plan and supporting documents can be viewed on the Council’s website here.
The next stage will be for the Council to arrange an independent examination of the plan, and it will be for the examiner to consider the representations made under this consultation. Any representation may include a request to be notified of the local planning authority’s decision with regard to formally ‘making’ the plan.
Representations should be submitted to the Council by email to psp@solihull.gov.uk by no later than 5:00pm on Friday 19 December 2025.
