Landlords and managing agents operating in Solihull can pick up free advice and support at Solihull Council’s upcoming landlord forum this October.
Solihull Landlord Forum provides an opportunity to learn about best practice and legislative changes, meet with the Council, and network with other landlords.
The free event takes place on Thursday 8 October between 6pm-9pm at the Civic Suite, Manor Square, Solihull, B91 3QB. Parking is available on site.
The session will spotlight reference fraud with a talk from Ferndown Estates, legislation updates the National Residential Landlords Associations (NRLA), and how Solihull Council supports good landlords. Landlords can also raise issues and ask questions.
People are asked to register their place online due to limited space.
