Report a street lighting problem
We aim to repair outages within 15 working days, although at busy periods this may take longer.
After we have inspected an outage we may need to contact a service provider, e.g. National Grid, to let them know about a fault. Once we have made them aware of the problem they aim to repair street lights within:
- 25 working days for a single fault
- 20 working days for multiple faults
