This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to refuse collections that do not meet our terms and conditions.
Weight and size
We will not collect:
- Items weighing more than 50kg
- items measuring more than 2 metres (6ft 6in)
Unacceptable items
We will not collect:

- car parts
- caravans
- cast iron
- cement mixer
- chemical waste
- clinical waste
- commercial waste (e.g. large chest freezers or refrigerator units that cannot be bought through household retail outlets)
- concrete blocks
- DIY waste
- doors that are made up of more than 50% glass
- engine parts
- fence panels/fencing
- fibre glass
- fish tanks - as they are made up of more than 50% glass
- fridge freezers bigger than 1.98 metres/ 6ft 6in, American style fridge/freezers and commercial fridge/freezer units
- Any fridge freezers that are made up of two separate items (e.g. an under the counter fridge freezer) are classed as two items
