Poplar Road car park maintenance work
We’re carrying out routine repairs and maintenance work on Poplar Road car park (also known as the Marks and Spencer car park).
We’ll be delivering this work in three phases, with the first phase requiring a three-week full closure from Monday 29 September until Friday 17 October 2025.
Following this initial full closure, the car park will reopen, with access restricted to certain floors until Friday 14 November 2025
