If you have extra cardboard that won’t fit into your blue recycling bin, please break it down to a size that would.

Leave the cardboard neatly stacked next to your blue bin.

We provide different types of recycling to flats. In some developments each property will have their own containers while others will have larger recycling containers shared between all properties. This page is for developments that have shared recycling containers.

Your recycling and waste service

Our recycling and waste booklet tells you what you can put in your bins and what happens to the things we collect.

Your collection calendar

You can use our collection calendar to find the week of your rubbish and recycling collections.

If you can’t see a calendar for your address you can contact us to request your calendar.

What you can recycle

We supply blue wheelie bins labelled as:

If you have a bin with a red, blue or grey lid you can recycle:

  • Paper
  • Card and cardboard
  • Plastic bottles
  • Food pots and trays
  • Tins and cans.

What you cannot recycle

  • If you are unsure whether an item can be recycled, please check our ‘No thank you’ list – remember, if in doubt leave it out.

Do not place large or bulky items of rubbish in the bin area as this could stop us from collecting your recycling and rubbish. We provide a bulky waste collection service for large items or if you have access to a vehicle, you can book an appointment to take your items to Bickenhill Household Waste Recycling Centre.
