The role of the communications team is to promote and protect Solihull Council. A key part of this work is making sure correct, up to date and relevant Council information is made available to the people of Solihull and to Council staff. This is done using a range of communication channels to make information accessible and interesting to different audiences.

We will not keep your information any longer than needed. Any photos or videos that you have given us consent to take and use, will be deleted after two years along with the consent form. For any other information we keep, the length of time will be guided the business need to keep the information and will be stated when we collect the information.
