In March 2026, the government announced that the standard weekly rate per person eligible for FNC for 2026 to 2027 will be £267.68 from 1 April 2026.
Sleep-in rates are paid per carer and divided by the number of people or rooms within the property for providers registered with the Flexible Contract Agreement (FCA).
Our weekly hours invoice template outlines the information we require to make payments for home care. You can use the template to submit your payment requests or as a guide for the information required in your invoices.
Payment of care home placements with and without nursing will be made via scheduled payments. Providers are not required to submit an invoice for payment.
Where there is a minor short-term variation in the care provided, please notify us by submitting a variation form.
