Day opportunities for people with a physical disability
Our Green Acres service is for Solihull adults with physical disabilities or sensory needs. It is based at:
- Park View, Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, B91 3LU
Our dedicated and experienced staff support people with a wide range of conditions including:
- stroke
- progressive neurological disorders
- acquired brain or spinal cord injuries
- physical congenital conditions
- young-onset rare dementia

Our facilities at Green Acres include:

All spaces are equipped to support therapeutic activities, skill development, and creative expression in a safe and engaging environment.
Support and services
We help individuals regain and maintain essential life skills, promoting independence and confidence.
We also have strong links with other services such as:
- MS Society
- Stroke Association
- neuro physiotherapists
- community nurses
- speech therapists
- wheelchair service
- occupational therapists
Support is also available for:
- attending medical appointments
- accessing services such as hairdressing and chiropody
