Day opportunities for people with a physical disability

Our Green Acres service is for Solihull adults with physical disabilities or sensory needs. It is based at:

  • Park View, Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, B91 3LU

Our dedicated and experienced staff support people with a wide range of conditions including:

  • stroke
  • progressive neurological disorders
  • acquired brain or spinal cord injuries
  • physical congenital conditions
  • young-onset rare dementia

Facilities

Our facilities at Green Acres include:

  • specialist gym
  • accessible kitchen
  • therapy garden
  • craft areas

All spaces are equipped to support therapeutic activities, skill development, and creative expression in a safe and engaging environment.

Support and services

We help individuals regain and maintain essential life skills, promoting independence and confidence. 

We also have strong links with other services such as:

  • MS Society
  • Stroke Association
  • neuro physiotherapists
  • community nurses
  • speech therapists
  • wheelchair service
  • occupational therapists

Support is also available for:

  • attending medical appointments
  • accessing services such as hairdressing and chiropody

Social and community engagement

We offer a range of social activities and events to encourage engagement, enjoyment and connection within the community.
