What services do you offer?

We offer a standard service and priority service. 

Standard service

Copy certificates ordered using our standard service are processed within 15 working days and cost £12.50.

Priority service

Copy certificates ordered using our priority service are processed within one to two working days and cost £38.50.

What information do I need to provide?

If you are applying for a copy certificate, please provide:

• the type of certificate you are seeking (e.g. birth, marriage, civil partnership or death)
• the name(s) the certificate applies to
• the date of the event (if the exact year is unknown, we can search up to two years either side of the year provided)
• the place of the event
• any other relevant information that may help us to locate the certificate
