Order a priority certificate

If you would like to order a copy certificate using our priority service, the cost is £38.50.

Delivery and collection times

If you order your copy certificate before 3:00pm between Monday and Friday, it will be ready the next working day. If you order after 3:00pm, it will be ready in two working days.

You can choose:

  • postal delivery by Royal Mail First Class for UK addresses (Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery with this service)
  • postal delivery by Airmail for addresses outside of the UK
  • collection from Solihull Register Office, Homer Road, Solihull, B91 3QZ

To order your certificate using our priority service, call us on 0121 704 8002.

We cannot guarantee priority processing where the information provided is inaccurate or insufficient to enable us to locate the record and issue the certificate. In these circumstances, the order may be delayed or processed as a standard application.
