Frequently asked questions to help you use our ceremony booking portal

You can use our online ceremony portal to book and manage your ceremony choices, your outstanding payments, giving notice and your ceremony progress checklist.

I can’t remember my password

You can select the ‘forgotten password’ function on the login page of the online portal, you will receive an email with a link to re-set your password.  Please note, this link is only valid for 24 hours.

I can’t remember my login

It is the email address you signed in with.  If you have more than 1 email you can try each one that you have.

Can I update my new telephone number / email address in the Customer Portal?

If you change contact details such as your telephone number, email address etc, please use the ‘Contact Us’ function within the online portal to provide your new details, so your information can be updated.

Will I receive reminders about giving notice and other important details for my ceremony?

You can manage everything (Notice, Choices, Payments, Terms & Conditions) for your ceremony via the online customer portal.  In ‘Ceremony Checklist’ you can view your progress and anything outstanding including ‘due by’ dates.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you decide to cancel your ceremony you must let us know, you can do this online through your account using the ‘Contact Us’ function.

I need to change the date/time of my ceremony; how can I do this?

If you want to amend your ceremony, please contact us as you may incur an amendment fee, you can do this online through your portal account using the ‘Contact Us’ function.
