Online Business Rates account
Sign up to our Business Rates account.
Already registered then just sign in using your username and password.
Register for an account
Before getting started, you will need your eight-digit business rates account number that is shown on your bill.
Your organisation name needs to be typed exactly as it appears on your business rates bill otherwise your account will not be authenticated and you will not be able to register.
Once you are registered for your online account you will be able to:
- switch to and manage your paperless billing options
- set up or amend your direct debit
- view or update your account information
- check your balance, payments, bills, and other notices
- update the contact details we hold for you
