APDR - Assess

Specific assessments are used to gain a clear picture of each child or young person's functional use of hearing and vision and the impact of their unique Multi-Sensory Impairment.

• Involvement of parents and settings to gather information for assessments and journals. Is recent assessment information used to gain better understanding of an individual child or young person's medical needs and to identify whether they are a barrier to their learning.
