Existing Online Council Tax Account users

We’ve launched a new version of our online customer account. To continue accessing your account, you’ll need to re-register. It only takes a few minutes!

Once you have re-registered you will have access to the additional functionality and improved security.

Already re-registered then just sign in using your username and password.

Register for an Account

Once you are registered for your online account you will be able to:

  • switch to and manage your paperless billing options
  • set up or amend your direct debit
  • view or update your account information
  • check your balance, payments, bills, and other notices
  • update the contact details we hold for you

  • your full name
  • the address of the property you are attempting to set up an online account for
  • your 8-digit council tax account number (if known).
