Solihull has many outdoor areas that are suitable for promotional pop-ups which have a high footfall of passers-by and park users.

Fees will depend on the size of the promotion and what is being set up or handed out to the public.

To distribute leaflets or flyers within Solihull, you will need to apply for a permit.

Charity collections

If you wish to collect money for a charity in any of our parks, open spaces or highways, you must request a permit
