Mental health support at Christmas

We know that Christmas can be a tough time for some people, for a wide variety of reasons.

Simple things like going for a walk or speaking to friends and family can improve our mood.

For anyone who needs it, the Healthy Minds page on our website has lots of information on the support available for anyone who may be struggling with their mental health over the festive period.
