Solihull Community Housing (SCH) – which runs Solihull Council’s housing service – has been recognised once again for their hard-working and inspiring members of staff in this year’s Housing Heroes Awards.
Housing Heroes celebrate and recognise the achievements carried out by teams and individuals at all levels working in the housing sector.
Solihull Community Housing has been shortlisted for two awards.
Customer Service Apprentice, Emma Cornfield, has been shortlisted for ‘Outstanding Achievement by Apprentices’ after joining SCH last year.
Stuart Baxter, Localities Programme Manager, who joined SCH in 2019, has also been shortlisted, in the ‘Inspirational Colleague of the Year’ category.
Emma and Stuart are part of the SCH Customer Experience Team and are dedicated to making a positive difference to customers’ lives.
Chief Executive, Fiona Hughes said: “I am so pleased that we have been shortlisted for two Housing Heroes Awards in recognition of our staff and their incredible contributions to SCH.
“Emma and Stuart work tirelessly, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and they are both an inspiration to the rest of the organisation. I am so proud of SCH and our achievements, I look forward to seeing the outcome of the awards later this year.”
The winners will be announced at the Housing Heroes Awards ceremony on 27 June in Manchester.
