Released:
We will be observing the Bank Holiday for the funeral of The Queen on Monday 19 September and will therefore not be operating our recycling and rubbish collection services that day.
This means:
- No collections of rubbish, recycling or garden waste
- No bulky waste collections
- No container deliveries
- Bickenhill Household Waste Recycling Centre will be closed.
Revised collection arrangements:
- Rubbish collections scheduled for Monday 19 September will be carried out on Monday 26 September. We will take additional bagged rubbish placed at the side of your bin.
- Recycling collections scheduled for Monday 19 September will be collected on Monday 3 October. We will collect additional recycling placed at the side of your bin in a suitable container, e.g. plastic box, bag for life.
- Garden waste scheduled for Monday 19 September will be collected on Monday 3 October. We are unable to take additional garden waste so please only put your bin out for collection.
