However, as there may be occasional delays in processing applications, we advise you to apply early. This allows us enough time to inspect your road, if necessary, before approval is given.
If your application is refused, you will be given an explanation in writing.
The cost of your permit will depend on how long you need it for:

The Council has a right to reject the dispensation application in the absence of insufficient evidence.
Dispensation permit terms and conditions
Dispensation permits are only received by the above link and are issued by email. Once the form has been completed, we will call you to complete payment (applicable for day 6 onwards) by credit/debit card.
Parking is not permitted until your permit has been authorised. Vehicles must be parked legitimately until a permit has been issued.
