How you can let us know about a missed rubbish or recycling collection.
All bins should be:
- out for collection by 6.00am
- left at the edge of your home nearest the public highway or your agreed collection point
If we have missed your collection
Please wait until 4.00pm on your collection day before reporting a missed collection.
You can report missed bins within 2 working days of your collection day.
We will not return to collect your bin if it:
- was not out on time
- was left in the wrong place
- contains materials we do not collect
- was too heavy
You will need to wait until your next scheduled collection.

As we may arrive at 6.00am to collect your bin, please ensure that it's left out.
We'll return to empty your bins within 2 working days.
