Solihull Connect Local
At Solihull Connect Local you can use free to access PCs to connect with Solihull Councils online services. If you need a little help a free telephone enables you to speak directly to one of our Customer Service Advisors. The same applies if you would like to access any of the services of the Council’s partner organisations, including Solihull Community Housing.
If you’re not confident using a PC library staff are on hand to help guide you online. Library staff can also accept paper applications, however staff cannot advise you on individual council services.
There are no cash facilities at our Solihull Connect Local hubs but you can pay online or call our telephone payment line on 0300 456 0502.
