At our Solihull Connect walk in centres we provide information and advice for Solihull Council and Solihull Community Housing services.

We'll support you to access our services online, but if you have multiple things you need to do or a complicated enquiry we can refer you to a specialist advisor.

Opening hours

We are open:

  • Monday to Friday* from 9.00am to 4.00pm
  • *Wednesdays from 10.00am to 4.00pm

Last appointments at both Walk in Centres are at 4.00pm.  

We are closed during bank holidays.
