Longer appointments (Tuesdays only)

From 1 September 2026, we are introducing 45-minute appointments on Tuesday afternoons for more complex enquiries. This is to allow residents dedicated time with an advisor to discuss their circumstances.

How to book an appointment

Appointments can be made on a first come, first serve basis.

To enable us to offer this service, Tuesday afternoons will become appointment-only. Staff will remain available to triage enquiries and provide advice on the best way to access support.
