Solihull Habitats Grant Programme
Although the Wildlife Ways programme itself has ended, the Small Habitats Grants Programme element of the project is continuing. This is funded through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and administered by Solihull Council.
Grants are available from £20,000-£200,000 to support smaller projects from organisations in the GBSLEP area including not just Solihull but also Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Cannock, East Staffordshire, Lichfield, Redditch, Tamworth and Wyre Forest with the aim of improving the conservation status of land in the GBSLEP area.
The eligibility criteria covers any innovative projects which improve land, water, air quality and the general environment for people and wildlife.
Please note due to the deliverability of schemes in the time remaining of the programme, there are no open calls at the moment for grant applications. Please email esif@solihull.gov.uk if you have any queries.
