How do I create an account?

To create a Solihull Council customer account visit our sign up page.

  • you must have a valid email address and supply a phone number
  • you will be prompted to create a secure password

Do I need to live in Solihull to have an account?

No, you don't have to live within Solihull to have a customer account.

I've forgotten my username or password?

To login you will need to correctly enter your username and password. Don't try to login with a password you can't remember as too many incorrect attempts will lock your account.

My email address is not accepted?

Under the Settings heading you can choose to Update your account settings. From here you can change your:

  • title
  • name
  • phone number
