Following Government advice to reduce the risk of coronavirus (COVID-19) all Solihull Connect walk in centres are closed until further notice.

If you haven't been able to find the information on our website, or your enquiry is too complicated for the phone, you can always visit one of our Solihull Connect walk in centres.
Our Solihull Connect walk in centres provide a personal service when dealing with your queries. We can deal with a number of different enquiries at the same time. For example, Housing Benefit and Council Tax enquiries can be completed in one convenient visit.
We also have four Solihull Connect Local self-service centres located at:
- Balsall Common
- Dickens Heath
- Kingshurst
- Smiths Wood
Cash offices are located at our Solihull Connect at The Core and Solihull Connect at Coppice Way offices.

Cash offices at The Core and Coppice Way
You can pay by cash, card and cheque at both walk in centres via a cashier.
You can also easily self-serve by using our payment kiosks. Our payment kiosks are available when the cash offices are closed.
