The Solihull educational psychology service (SEPS) occasionally works with out of borough schools and agencies for children and young adults, such as children looked after. The service ensures that trading is carried out in an ethical manner. We liaise regularly with other local authorities in the West Midlands, England and Wales, taking account of rules set by the Local Government Association (LGA), Department for Education (DfE), Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGO) and the Competitions and Markets Authority (CMA), amongst others.
