  • Named Qualified Teacher of the Deaf (QTOD) to be contacted regarding concerns/changes related to hearing loss and specialist equipment.
  • Regular home-school communication including in relation to changes in hearing loss.
  • Review intervention plans with staff, QTOD, child or young person and parents/carers.
  • Review level of support with QTOD.
