Neighbourhood Board

Board Chair Neil Roberts is now looking for six people to join the Neighbourhood Board for Chelmsley Wood’s Pride in Place programme.

The Neighbourhood Board has a important role as they decide how the Pride in Place funding is used, ensuring that decisions made reflect the priorities of local residents.

Neil is looking for people who: 

  • live or work in Chelmsley Wood  
  • understand and care about the community 
  • believe in the area’s potential and want to help improve local lives.

Board members will be expected to:

  • attend meetings
  • prepare for discussions
  • take part in community engagement activities where needed

These are unpaid, voluntary roles requiring at least two days of your time a month.
