Neighbourhood Board
Board Chair Neil Roberts is now looking for up to 10 people to join the Neighbourhood Board for Chelmsley Wood’s Pride in Place programme.
The Neighbourhood Board has an important role as it decides how the Pride in Place funding is used, ensuring that decisions made reflect the priorities of local residents.
Neil is looking for people who:
- live or work in Chelmsley Wood
- understand and care about the community
- believe in the area’s potential and want to help improve local lives.
Board members will be expected to:
- attend meetings
- prepare for discussions
- take part in community engagement activities where needed
These are unpaid, voluntary roles requiring at least one day of your time a month.
