Solihull Council launches new online council tax account

Solihull Council is encouraging residents to register for a new and improved online council tax account. 

It is important that existing online council tax account holders re-register for this new account as the previous account is no longer available. New users are also encouraged to register to benefit from 24/7 access to their account.  

People can register for this online council tax account today. The process is quick and easy and there are clear instructions on how to sign up.

The new system is the most convenient way for people to manage their council tax payments and keep track of bills. It also includes: 

  • An easier sign-in process with additional security
  • Access to more information  
  • 24/7 access to the account and documents
  • Easy updates to things like direct debits, address changes, and discounts - with no need to contact the Council
