Changes to RBDigital app on Apple devices
Our supplier has contacted us to make customers aware of an upcoming change in the RBdigital iOS/iPhone app support which takes effect on the 16 of June 2020. Apple periodically discontinues older versions of their development software.
One of these milestones occurs in the coming weeks. To be in compliance with Apple, a new version of the RBdigital app will be released to the Apple app store on 16 of June. This new version will no longer support iOS versions 9 and 10.
If a borrower currently has the RBdigital app downloaded and uses one of those operating systems, it will continue to operate. However, to upgrade their app with this new release and use future versions of it, they will need to use iOS 11 or later.
