What you need to pay if you are planning to hold an event in our town centres.

Hire fees for town centre promotions
We charge a standard rate per day that includes bank holidays and weekends.

Charity and Not-for-profit organisations
We charge a standard rate per day that includes bank holidays and weekends.

The above fees do not include access to council utilities e.g. electricity, water etc. If this is required, this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis once you request a booking.
Late cancellation
If you cancel your event less than 7 days before your event, you'll be charged in full.
If we need to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a free alternative date.
Amendments of hire
If you make any changes to the event less than 7 days before the date of your hire, you will need to pay a non-refundable administration fee of £67 plus VAT.
All hire fees will be payable no later than 21 days from the date of your invoice.
