Free school meal vouchers
Children who are currently entitled to free school meals and are attending a Solihull school received a final free school meal voucher of £20 per eligible child on Monday 6 July 2026.
If you apply for free school meals and are found eligible between 3 July and 17 July 2026, you will receive your voucher by the first week of the summer school holidays.
If you’re a Solihull resident qualifying for free school meals, but your child attends a school outside of Solihull in a neighbouring borough, you could claim a free school meal voucher for the summer. You must apply by 31 July 2026 using our online form so we can verify your eligibility before a voucher is issued.
