Children who attend a Solihull school and are registered as being in receipt of FSM will automatically receive an email from Solihull Council. The email provides proof of eligibility and your child’s Solihull HAF code and will be required at the point of booking or attendance of HAF programme sessions. If you have more than one child who is eligible you will receive 1 email per child attending a Solihull school with their code listed.
If you live in Solihull and your children are entitled to free school meals but attend an out of borough school you can apply for a Solihull HAF code if you want to take up a HAF place in Solihull. In exceptional circumstances, children who live outside of Solihull and do not attend a Solihull school may still be able to access Solihull HAF if they have a strong connection to Solihull and are on free school meals.
