Changes to your organisation or CQC registration

A new Care Quality Commission (CQC) ‘location’ (where regulated activities are carried on at or from) can be created if your business: 

  • changes the location of its CQC registered office  
  • goes through restructuring  
  • changes the provider responsible for its registered location 

It is a contractual requirement to notify the Council of changes to your business. Please consult the relevant contract for further details.
