If you provide your email address when completing the online form we can send you updates about the problems you report. We will also send you your reference number which you will need to quote if you need to contact us about this report in future.
If you choose not to tell us your details, we can't send the reference and we'll be unable to give you updates. However, we’ll still deal with the problem.
