Learn to ride: Train the Trainer

This course upskills Bikeability and cycle instructors so they can deliver ‘learn to ride’ courses. 

The course will cover:

• sizing the bike
• basic mechanics (remove and install pedals)
• building confidence
• balance techniques
• riding skills
• fun and games 

It is a half-day course and can accommodate up to 10 instructors.
