Commercial rubbish is anything that comes from business based activities where you’ve paid money to receive a service. For example, this could include grass cuttings or hedge trimmings from garden services.
A detailed review is crucial to assess the young person’s physical and/or medical needs and the effect they have on learning and access to the curriculum which needs to be considered to ensure that the intervention and support is effective.
On the 1 October 2013 much of the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013 came into force. This replaces the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 1964 and will see the registration scheme replaced by a licensing scheme.
