APDR – Assess

  • Assessments carried out using the developmental journal for children with multiple needs.
  • Specific assessments, such as vision for doing assessments.
  • IFHE (informal functional hearing evaluation) ACA (Affective Communication Assessment) and Visual Response and possibly RFL (Routes for learning).
  • Involvement of parents and settings to gather information for assessments and journals. Is recent assessment information used to gain better understanding of an individual YP medical needs and to identify whether they are a barrier to their learning.
  • CVI (cerebral vision Impairment) pathway.
